Important information on IELTS tests
The safety and wellbeing of British Council IELTS test takers and staff is our priority.
To protect the health of IELTS test takers in light of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), IELTS tests have been suspended in Rwanda for the next two weeks.
Affected test-takers will be eligible for a transfer or refund by contacting our centre via email.

Your Test Results (Test Report Form) are now available for collection from the DHL Office in Kigali; Avenue De La Jeunesse Kigali starting from 27 May 2020 to 16 June 2020. The DHL office opening hours are Monday-Friday: 08.00-17.00.
Please ensure to carry your original ID/Passport used during the IELTS test. Without the original ID/Passport, you will not receive your Test Report Form.
If you are not able to pick your Test Report Form in person, please ask a trusted friend to pick it up on your behalf. If you choose to do so, please downoad and fill in the IELTS authorisation form at the bottom of this page, attach a copy of your ID/Passport used during the test, a copy of your trusted friend’s ID and give it to them. Once the above documents are presented to the DHL agent, your TRF will be given to your trusted friend.
